"As you see behind me there's many props. If you're not fortunate enough to own a bolster, which makes things a lot easier, you don't have to fold blankets and things like that. You can use cushions from your couch, post from you bed and things like that. For example, if you use the bolster as a pillow, you can lay back across the bolster and then grab a block or two blocks which you'd use for yoga practice and stack them on top of one another and rest your head and find a comfortable position. Another way to use the bolster is to lay onto your back, taking the blocks, putting one; putting around this way, against one another on the floor and then taking the blanket in a double fold and adding it across and laying back across the blanket. This adds a nice even support. Again, if you need more support, you can add another pillow, towels, whatever you need. So if I were you, I would grab some of bath towels, bolster, or if you don't own a bolster, cushions from your couch, pillows from your couch, post of your bed and gather them around as we beyond to explore the Restorative Yoga."
