"Right now we are going to work on breathing. One of the reasons I like working on breathing, is it's an easy way to see how effective EFT can be and how quickly it can work for you. It's, let's see, I don't need to go into why it's important to breathe. One of the reasons it's easy to see how powerful EFT is with breathing is that most people don't breathe very deeply on their own. And they don't even notice how shallow that they are breathing. So, I'm going to bring in my friend Luis and we are going to work on breathing and you can work along with us. [Hello Jordan, thank you for having me.] My pleasure, thanks for coming. So first, take a deep breath. You can let it out. So on a scale of zero to ten, "zero" ...(and we are going to do the opposite of our normal scale this time) "zero" being you did not get any oxygen at all and it was sort of a struggle to breathe; and "ten" being it was the most blissful, fabulous breath you ever breathed in your whole life. Where did that fall on the scale? [A seven.] Okay. So you are at a seven. So, now we are going to see if we can improve that. So take your...start tapping on your karate chop point. And say "even though I have this constricted breath [even though I have this constricted breath], I deeply and completely love and accept myself [I deeply and completely love and accept myself]. Even though I have this constricted breath [even though I have this constricted breath], I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself [I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself]. Even though I have this constricted breath [even though I have this constricted breath], I accept myself completely [I accept myself completely]. Constricted breath and all [Constricted breath and all]." Okay, now tap on your eyebrow spot. [The brow spot...okay. With two fingers?] It's two fingers right at the start of your eyebrow..."constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] Right about there. [Right about here?] Right more inside, right at the start of it. "Constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] Side of eye..."constricted breath." Right here on the orbit bone. [Constricted breath.] Under your eye..."constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] Under your nose..."constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] On your chin..."constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] Collar bone spot..."constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] And again, go right about here, on either side..."constricted breath." [Okay...constricted breath.] Under your arm..."constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] Your liver spot...constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] Your wrists..."constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] Top of head..."constricted breath." [Constricted breath.] Okay, just breathe in. Okay, now I want you to breathe in again, and take notice. Breathe in again. Was there any movement? [Yeah, there's something like blockage that seemed to clear up a little. That's unbelievable. And after it cleared up, I had this calmness about me.] That's...welcome to EFT! [That's unbelievable.] So what would you rate your breath at now? [I'd say, definitely a nine.] There you go. And we can do another round, and we could probably get you up to a ten. "
