"You know we do recommend probiotics. Elizabeth, have you heard of probiotics or acidophilus? Yes. Acidophilus is one type of probiotic and probiotic is the term for good bacteria that lives in your body. Everybody has good and bad bacteria that lives in their digestive tract. Obviously we want more good bacteria than bad. You are having a lot of relief and if you are having some cramping, that is normal. It will pass when the relief is done. Now is that the stuff that is in yogurt? Yes, that is what is in yogurt but you have to eat a lot of yogurt to consume the amount that we would actually like you to have. So not a lot of people tolerate dairy very well so I really do recommend the supplement over the natural food source. It is something that I believe that should be part of your regime. A good supplement regime from here on out period but it is not necessary. I recommend for about a week after a colonic, you take probiotics. Now when you do a colonic the water can't tell the difference between good and bad bacteria and washes some of both out and that is why we recommend taking probiotics. You want to try and take it morning and night and about a week after your session. Now probiotics is the good flora. Flora is the good bacteria. It is responsible for keeping your digestion on tract, gas production down, it is the number 1 line of defense in your immune system. For women it also helps to prevent yeast infections and also can help clear your skin. So probiotics is important on many levels. You can find probiotics; you can buy them from me, you can buy them at pretty much vitamin or natural health food store. Well Elizabeth, I mean generally for someone without any certain condition, usually 3 colonics within a 3 week period. Now if you are dealing with chronic constipation or a certain condition other than just for a general cleanse, you may need maybe 5, you just don't know. You really have to take it on a case by case basis. "
