"When we get further in with some more fills, it will become more softer. But right now this is pretty much what your next bowel movement would be. And you can feel me prompt. Are you doing okay? You want to maintain good health after a colonic. It is like getting your car detailed. You don't want to drive it through the mud so I don't recommend going out and eating a big greasy meal. Obviously something healthy and something natural. Let's talk about some foods to avoid from here on out if possible. I am going to discuss some things that cause gas and bloating. Gas and bloating are essentially the same thing so chewing gum and drinking through straws put gas in your system. When you chew gum you swallow air and when you drink through a straw you actually suck the air before the liquid and puts air in your system meaning gas. So everything from beer to champagne, bubbly water, diet soda, all of those are going to put gas in your system. Iceberg lettuce; you really want to eat dark leafy green like Romaine, Spinach, spring mix and try to avoid iceberg lettuce. Also mixing fruit with your meals is a big no, no. Fruit is a snack to be eaten alone; either 45 minutes before your meal or 2 to 3 hours after. By eating them together causes fermentation and gas production. Also the following are good for you but do cause a lot of gas. Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and Brussels sprouts. I never want to tell you to eat those things because they have such good property in them and nutrients but you are going to have an event to go to or an colonic scheduled, I would tell you to refrain from the gassy causing vegetables and finally soy milk; if you need an alternative towards dairy, a lactose free alternative, I recommend rice or almond milk. Almond milk is actually my preferred favorite rather than soy. I think that too much soy is not a good thing and your diet should really be about balance and moderation and that should be the key. "
