" This is Karen Fraser and I am doing a demonstration for Expert Village. Try to buy things that have the unrefined sugars; sugars that haven't been processed through a lot to strip it of its nutrients. Once again, whole grain cereals such as oatmeal and the natural cereals. I just want to include also that when eating salads it is very important what you put on your salad. You can have a nice big, healthy bowl of salad with all kinds of vegetables but if you dump on it high sugar, high fat salad dressings, you are only going to be doing more detriment to your health.
