Now we want to talk about some life style suggestions; some things that you may want to change in your own life style to better improve your intestinal system. Number one; a high fiber diet. High fiber is very important. Most of the foods that we eat today are low fiber diets. They hardly have any fiber. Most of them have no fiber. Because, and the reason why it doesn't have any fiber is when the manufacturer processes the foods to give it a longer shelf life, they remove the fiber, they strip it of all its nutrients and it causes the food to last longer on the shelf. It's good for the manufacturer because they make more money, but it is not good for your body. So you want to definitely include a high fiber diet. Everything in nature has fiber. Every single thing, so you want to eat foods that are not processed, because once again, the processing causes the food to loose its fiber. So add a high fiber diet and we will give some examples of that in a minute. "
