"This is Karen Frazier and I am doing a demonstration for Expert Village. Once again we are doing reflexology and now that the subject herself is relaxed, we get the foot to be relaxed. So the first thing I do is I hold the ball of the feet and we do some stretching motions on the feet. So we just stretch it back while holding the ball to support her. We stretch it forward and it is the same concept basically with exercising the body. Before you exercise the body, you want to stretch, so you stretch the feet to make sure the feet are nice and relaxed and we do it with both feet, stretching backward and stretching forward. Now with the feet, the feet of course you have your right food and your left foot. The right foot corresponds to the right side of the bottom so all the organs that would be on the right side of the body would correlate with the right foot and vice versa with the left foot. "
