Now, certain drinks that contain particular chemicals like caffeine and tyramine will put you at more risk or prone to getting fatigue in the body and also dehydration. Dehydration of the body puts you at more risk of getting fatigue. So, always recommended by medical professionals is to drink a lot of water. Water, at least eight large glasses of water each day to help you to be hydrated and prevent dehydration and then reduce your chance of getting fatigue. And also energy-boosting drinks that would also help, keeping up with your vitamins and your multivitamins and your iron supplements, eating foods that has a high iron intake 'cause iron is also important element that help to deliver the red blood cells, the hemoglobin, around your body, and therefore that would keep you very energetic and energized. And also, drinking fruit juices will be a good thing. Freshly squeezed fruit juices is a good way to prevent dehydration but also give your body nutrients and electrolytes and to avoid also alcohol, alcohol and beverages that's a lot of high caffeine because even though you can drink coffee or all these red--energy-boosting drinks, they have very high caffeine drink, it's only a temporary effect and there's what we call a rebound effect, but if you take too much at one time then the rebound effect has a total adverse effect, the total opposite effect where when you come down from the caffeine high you're going to get extreme fatigue, so that is not a way to deal with fatigue problems, conditions.
