"Hello my name is Dr. Susan Jewell and on behalf of Expert Village today I am going to talk to you about how to recognize and how to treat specific pain from headaches. Now in this clip, I am going to show you one of the ways - many ways - that we can use to try to reduce the intensity, duration and also the occurrence of headaches. And as I mentioned in this - in the other clip there are several types - different types of headaches. Now one of the ways that we can learn to use to reduce headaches is the use of calisthenics. Now this is a method that is actually you can learn to teach yourself to do it. Calisthenics is a way to reduce the muscular tension around the head and the scalp or the face and it also consciously teaches you how to control those muscles so that whenever you feel like there is an impending of headaches either from migraine or tension headaches or pressure headaches, you can use this technique to help to prevent the headache coming or to at least reduce the intensity. So in the next few clips, I'm going to show you how to actually do first a facial calisthenics and then we'll show you how to do the scalp method of calisthenics."
