"Hello my name is Dr. Susan Jewell and in this clip I am going to show you how to do the self testicular exam or the TSE. I am going to show you in particular what fingers to use when you are actually doing the palpating of the exam itself. These are the three digits that you should use to palpate the testicle. You use your thumb, your index finger, and your middle finger and then you only use the extreme sensitive soft pad of the fingers like this area here and this area here of this finger and the area of the thumb here to actually do the palpating of the testicle itself. So these are the three fingers that you use when you learn to do the TSE."
