"Hi, I'm Dr. Tammy Ruefli on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to talk to you about food allergies and how to deal with them. In this day and age it is very important to find yourself a very good whole food vitamin mineral supplement. After many years of farming and agricultural technology the soil has become depleted of minerals and essential nutrients. So again I would recommend that you start taking a vitamin mineral supplement and I recommend that it would be a whole food not synthetically made. This would give your body a good foundation of the nutrition that needs to function and when you are looking for a whole food supplement it is important to see quality such as amino acid minerals, and antioxidants for better absorption and bio availability. Be sure to look for amino acid cilate next to the minerals in your supplement because minerals especially zinc and lead can be toxic in high amounts. "
