"DREW NOAH: So now I'll show you the forums on The Daily Plate and this is up at the top right here and this is just a message board where other users are posting and--you know, posting ideas and things and of course everything is related either to The Daily Plate or diets and dieting or etcetera. So the options they have are The Daily Plate so site news and feedback about the website, the my plate diet tracking just about the my plate, general discussion, exercise and fitness. And then you have the dieting topics you got general diet discussion, eating disorders and support, healthy cooking and recipes then there's et cetera and they're talking about the The Daily Plate Mobile right there. So let's look at one and then you can see we've got all these other topics in here that users are posting. Just look at one "Pizza". And one person will post like a question or you know, this is basically the topic and then everybody else is going to respond to that and you can look at this person's profile, send him a private message or quote them in your response. And if you go down the bottom you'll see where you can post a reply and also post a new topic from here. You can also choose to watch this topic for replies. So if you're into using forums or message boards, you might find this pretty useful. You can also see down here you can see who's online. And yeah, so you can also do a new topic from straight up here once you--I'm in the healthy cooking and recipes section and then also to reply, you can reply from all the way up here instead I'm going to go down there. And you can choose to view previous or next topic as well. So that's just an overview of how you can use the forum section on thedailyplate.com."
