And this basically gives you the--your exercise breakdown by calories. So you can see how many calories you're burning in purple here versus your minutes spent. So you can definitely see that the elliptical trainer--a lot of calories burned for very little time, so if you're looking to burn more calories that might be something you would do more often. Lifting weights didn't really burn that many calories for the time. Actually, it looks like walking, just regular or slow walking burned a significant amount of calories for not that much time. So you can see how these all kinda add up and you kinda get an idea of what is the most efficient exercise according to this exercise breakdown of my calories. Of course, I mean, you want to consult your doctor about getting a wide range of exercise or a trainer or something like that. We've also got a pie chart down here that kinda represents which exercises you're burning the most calories on. So, of course, the elliptical trainer has the biggest piece of the pie and then walking not too bad. It almost, it looks like a fourth and then lifting weights and standing in line just filling out the rest. You can set your exercise history by date and I've only got one day on here right now. But as you add more days, you'll see your total calories burned going up and get, basically, more of an average of how much time you spent on each exercise versus how many calories it's actually burning. So, something like even standing in line eventually is going to add up to maybe some, a significant amount of calories, perhaps.
