"DREW NOAH: So now I'm going to talk about the calorie breakdown, which can be from two places. There's actually this little box from the side. Let me get it to do its little animation for you, yup, just like that. And you can get the percentage of calories that are coming from carbs, protein or fat right there. And then the other calorie breakdown is this calorie breakdown from the charts, little chart section right here at the top. And you can see it sets up a cool, little pie chart. So now you can see where the percentage of your calories are coming from based on what you're eating. See, at the top I've got chips, 15% of my calories are coming from those chips. That large cheese sub, of course, is taking up 38%. But, I mean, you get an idea why this might be useful and you kinda get--see where most of your calories are coming from. But 21% of my calorie is coming just from Cokes so If I wanted to cut something out that might be something I would do. But that's how you get the calorie breakdown. You can also get it for different days by going to this little drop down right here. That's your daily calorie breakdown."
