"DREW NOAH: So now I'll show you how to use the "what I eat often" section of The Daily Plate, it's just on down here on the right. I'm actually, let me just--remember you could move these all around. I'll move it up so you can see a little better. And basically, what this is, is it is all the recent food you've been eating. And this is pretty nice because typically you're going to be eating the same thing. I mean, it's basically the stuff that's in your kitchen. So it's nice that they keep everything in this "what I eat often" section so you can add it quickly. So to see the entire list, I'll go to this link right here, more foods I eat often; see, there they all are. And this is just a bunch of stuff I've been adding as we've been going along. Of course, as you use this, even after a couple of days, this list is going to get way longer. So you can click on some food, say I had my second sub of the day. I can add the checked foods to my plate for today. And I can also choose to do it on different days or I could start a new meal based on one but just quickly add it to my plate. I could also add it by just clicking on it in this section right here--in doing that. You can search your food history as well in case--that's especially useful when you get a really big food history. And you can search within past 7 days, past 30, all time. Once you have used--have started using the site for a while, you'll realize that, you know, searching might become a lot more useful. You can also choose to sort it by frequency and that way, you get the most, what you eat the most often at the top. So this looks kind of weird in my example just because I haven't been filling this, this example out only since we've started. So you'll see as you, as you go along all your foods will be in here. And this will be a really useful section for quickly adding foods to your, well, food diary here."
