"DREW NOAH: So now, I'm going to show you how you can actually add exercise to your, your calorie break down. So you've got your fitness section right here. And you can click right here to add the physical activity for the day or you can actually go to this fitness tab up here. Just want to click right here. And this is--you can use the data base of physical exercises to find the activities that you did. You've also got, like, a dropdown right here with all those activities. It's kind of--there's a whole lot here, so I'm just going to show you the database. And that's what this looks like. It's got the whole list of everything alphabetically. So you can skip straight to a letter real easily as well. So let's say you went to the gym and you did the elliptical trainer machine. There it is. And then you've got some information about it, how many calories approximately per hour you can burn according, based on your weight, actually, as well. And it's got a description on what it is and some related activities right there. What you can do is, just hit the button "I did this" and that gives you an option for pick the date, yesterday or pick a custom date, for how many minutes and then optionally you can pick--add your distance and the heart rate. So I'll just hit save and calculate. Okay. Now it's added it to my fitness, a little break down here. And you can see elliptical trainer for 30 minutes and then the calories burned. And I can, again, update this, the minutes if I need to but since it's on 30 and that's what I did, I'll just hit update to leave it on 30. There we go. So you can see that this 356 I've burned is actually subtracted from my total calories to get my net calories and then you just want to add all the exercise you do all day to here. And even walking counts as an exercise, so just remember that. They even have an exercise for standing in line, so, there's lots of different stuff you can add. So check out the database with the physical activities to see what you can add. And yeah, that's how you track your exercise on The Daily Plate."
