"DREW NOAH: Okay, so finally I'm going to show you how to start tracking your calories. So probably the easiest thing to do is just do a search. So let's say I went to the Thundercloud Subs earlier and I got a large cheese sub. So the easiest thing is to find it, kinda make sure it's the thing you ate and then just hit "I ate this." You can also back track and add it to yesterday. But I'll just hit--when I hit the button, well, it asked me which day that I ate it, today, yesterday, January 16th or a different date. So if I needed to enter in the actual date I could do that. Well, let me just get back 'cause it--I need to enter it in today. So I'll just hit today and there you go it's added it to my 'my plate' section. And it--here's the option to pick your servings since this is a whole sub it's only one. If it were something that you have multiple servings of say it was like an egg and you had two eggs that morning you could just enter that two right here; just make sure it is appropriate with the serving size. You have the option to pick the time of day it was as well. So I'll hit update and there we go now it's under my food item, a little section right here. And I've got my servings, the calories, fat and so on. And then you can see its updated Tuesday right here 'cause this is today with my calories for the day. So that's how I add an item. You can also click on that item to go back to the search page and see some information there. I can delete this item by clicking the little 'x' right here at the end. That's how you add an item to you're 'my plate' section so you can start tracking calories."
