"DREW NOAH: Now, I'm going to show you how you can track your weight over time with thedailyplate.com. So you want to go to my plate first. And you can go do that right here or right here. And once you get on my plate, you want to go to this tab over here called 'my weight'. And this is where you track your weight. And you can see how, over here I've got the weight and then we've got the date down here. So you can track it over time on a graph. So you just want to probably enter this every day in order to get, or you can do it once a week kinda see your preference just whenever. The more you do it, the more accurate the graph is going to be. So let's say weight is 160 today. See, it's going to put a little dot on there. And you do this every day and you start to get a graph. But just for demonstration, I can actually go in to yesterday, say it was 162 yesterday. And you see--now you can see the drop from the 27th to the 28th. And you can actually even enter in just another date, any date you want if you need to. It's probably easiest to track it day by day. But you kinda get the idea, let's say at this point I was, I don't know, eight--and save it. And then you can see how it's gonna--starts tracking and you can kinda--you can mouse over to see the actual weights. So you'll start getting a graphical view of your weight over time and see if you're going down or up. And you could kinda get an idea of when you're going up and maybe figure out why. You'll also have the options to show a certain date range so I can make this a little bit smaller of a date range, oh, not to small. But yeah, you can pretty much pick any date range you want. And once you start--once you enter in your weight over longer amounts of time, you'll get a much more intricate graph, of course. You can also choose to show net calories on the graph. And this is showing your weight and your calorie consumption on the same graph. This isn't as accurate because I'm just entering in random numbers. But if you see there's this big spike in calories right here, if I see a spike in my weight maybe right after that, I'll realize that there's, you know, eating less calories actually means something. So that's kinda cool, you can see both your calories and your weight by date. So besides tracking calories, I think it's especially important to track your weight if you're trying to lose weight. So that is the 'my weight' history option in thedailyplate.com."
