"The bottom line is today we need supplementation. We need to find a multivitamin supplement in addition to eating as healthy as we can. I can always to into eating healthy, eating fruits and vegetables and all that, but it's not even all that important if we're still not getting what we need from those. So, the solution is supplementation. We need a good multivitamin supplement. Another thing of interest to note here is that the body needs certain things at night, because of what happens at night. After the rigors of the day, we settle down, we go to sleep. That's the time the body rebuilds and repairs. So it needs more of certain things. And then in the morning, it's a whole different scenario. We wake up, we launch off into our day. We become active, we run, we skip, and we jump, whatever. So, what we want to look for here, the solution is, look for companies that have done their due diligence. They have done their homework, and they are aware of the fact that the body needs different nutrients at night. So they produce these supplements in packets -- an a.m. packet and a p.m. packet. It's simple, it's convenient. With busy schedules today, you grab the p.m. packet, you tear the packet open, and you swallow the contents. Then you go to bed. In the morning, the same thing. So, that's the solution, we all have to do our due diligence. We simply have to go out and find such companies. They are all there. One more thing -- real important. These vitamins have to be biodegradable. This means that you don't want any vitamins that are prepared for shelf life, because preparation for shelf life means they are either coated or are in some way preserved. You want to seek out those companies that have evolved into a consumer-direct type of system, where the manufacturer manufactures their product, the consumer picks up the phone, orders what they need, and it is shipped directly to the end consumer. No shelf. So there's no need for preservatives, there's no need for preparation for shelf life, because there's no shelf life. So the consumer receives the multivitamin, and it's there, it's available. It's basically the food extract, with no coating, with no preservative, period."
