"OK, the last exercise we're going to do before we jump into the shower is the famous push-ups. Most people don't like this exercise, but it is really an excellent exercise. It brings into play another major muscle group, the pectorals. And, of course, it also works the triceps. But we're going to do two versions of this exercise, one for beginners and one for the more advanced fitness enthusiast. So, first, it begins on the knees. And, it's otherwise known as the woman's push-up, but it goes like this: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. And the other version is the extended push-up: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. OK folks, so we're just about ready for that shower now. That was the push-ups. And now, our pores are open, the sweat is flowing, and believe me, after your shower, you'll feel a lot better for having done this. You'll feel like you're ready for the day. And this is the way we begin our days. Beginning the day active and maintaining an active lifestyle throughout the day. Take the steps instead of the elevator whenever possible. And at the end of the day, we come back to where we've begun. So we'll begin the day and we'll end the day with this program of exercise. And this is how we're going to make the transition. We're going to do this 6 days a week, or 7, depending on how passionate you are about making that transition. Thank you."
