"Ok, my career began as a bodybuilder, competitive bodybuilder, in the Caribbean, of course. I've competed in pan-American games and a couple of other federations and later became a fitness coach. I've been a fitness coach for over 20 years. I've coached a few celebrities and helped them to sculpt the kind of body they wanted to project on the screen, and coming on forward to today, fast forward to today, I'm now what I consider to be a health and fitness coach. Coaching is a buzz-word today. It's a refinement of what used to be fitness training. Fitness training creates dependence on a fitness trainer. Health and fitness coaching is a sort of empowerment of an individual to take the reins. We all need a coach. It doesn't matter what you do or what your expertise is, everybody has a coach. Coaching is a means of enabling us to bring out our full potential with the help of someone who has some insight and who can assist us, who can see us better than we can see ourselves. Hence, health and fitness coaching."
