Video Transcript

"This is Eileen Dey on behalf of Expert Village and this segment will show a demonstration of acupressure. Acupressure works by applying gentle pressure between 10 to 15 seconds. Just with the pads of your fingers to specific points on the human body. One in particular that is very good for removing grief and allowing one's true voice to be spoken is Ren 22 and it is located right at the notch of your clavicle so by applying gentle pressure here and relaxing one may immediately begin to feel a release of relaxation and depending upon the situation going on one may also feel emotions swelling up. It is a releasing point, the goal of which is to bring balance and harmony and restore an individual to wellness with wholeness. In this next segment we will talk about Fung Shui."
