"Hi this is Eileen Dey on behalf of Expert Village and in this segment we will get an introduction and overview to Daoism. So the Dao leads the way. It is symbolized by the yin-yang symbol of being in balance, of opposites coming together and of all being part of the other. Daoism came about through the time and space of ancient China and through the philosopher of Lao Tzu and who also existed at the time of two other important figures that shaped Chinese thoughts that would be Confucius and Gautama of Sarata also known as the Buddha. Daoism is the belief and the way things are letting things be. It is very natural, basic, and has its origin in observation which is a keystone in Chinese thoughts. In this next segment we will talk about the idea of yin-yang."
