"This is Eileen Dey on behalf of Expert Village and in this section we'll talk about Reiki for stress reduction. Reiki is such a simple and straight forward way for bringing about immediate peace and tranquility into one's body and mind. So much of our world is full of stress and different events that come around us and begin to wear on us day after day after day. And so as we learn to do Reiki for ourselves, or we go and receive a treatment from a practitioner, we're bringing into our bodies and minds a little taste of peace and that peace has the ability to expand and evolve and gently let the stress that we've accumulated fade away, flow away and bring ourselves back to our inherent harmony. It's easy, it's simple and yet the practice and receiving of Reiki is often very profound. In this next section we'll talk about hand positions for headaches."
