Brahma, Vishnu & Shiva in Indian Healing Traditions

"This is Eileen Dey on behalf of Expert Village and in this segment we'll be talking about the God structure in Hinduism. The God structure is referred to as Trimurti and this is a three God structure. There's Brahma, the creator, the creator force behind the world and there's Shiva who is the destroyer and in the middle lies Vishnu. Vishnu maintains balance between creation and destruction. In comparison with our talk on Yin Yang in our China series the Yin Yang has only two polarities seemingly dark and light but in the middle is the same as Vishnu. It?s like the middle of weights on a scale its holding that space in check. The three Gods in Hinduism are actually altogether one. They're just the force of creation itself. In this next segment we'll talk about the cosmology in Hinduism."
