"You know the line up for flossing, when to floss. You know people will vary in when they like to it. Most of the time what we will find is that you'll floss first and then you'll do your tooth brushing, then you'll do you tongue de-plaquing and then rinsing after that. So, when you are setting up for your hygiene sessions, what you'll want to do is, you'll get everything out. You'll get your floss out as well. And you want to begin by preparing your floss for the actual procedure. Again, usually what we have there is you'll take about anywhere between a twelve and eighteen inch piece of floss and if you are able to floss manually that is all that you would need. If you find you are a person that needs to have a floss aide, that should be at your disposal at that time, as well as there are rings that can be aiding in that circumstance where by the rings will save a spare your fingers from turning blue and from being too tight. So, you'll get whatever aides you have available to help you with this flossing at that time. At this point, what we'll do is prepare to do the actual flossing manually."
