"So, this segment is called mandala gazing. So, our face is definitely connected to the eyes. Eyes are the window to the soul. We have tension, perhaps, very unexplored tension throughout the face. To, again, relax the face, relax the mind and the spirit, we can gaze at one of the mantras or the mandalas. It is like a mantra, because it will help give you an inner sensation of ease. The simple idea of staring into the center of the picture, then letting your eyes gaze around the sides of the circle and even into the corners of the square, will begin to relax the mind's eye. As we take a choice, you can find one that feels good to you when I'm teaching. I like to offer choices, because usually there is something that is calling one person -- a special color. You might find this in your backyard. It could be your own garden. As you look, you relax the eyes. You can look inward to the center, and then gently let the circle get your eye's attention and let your eyes circle. Then, again, go back into the center, and then this time go out to the outer edges. Just trace the outer edges. Let the eyes move side, up, down, and side and then, again, go back to the center. And then, it's a nice idea to simply take your mandala, one that you drew yourself or that you found, and hang it some place that, when you see it, it gives you this reminder -- that you are the source of your inner peace. You are the source of your own beauty. And you are connected to that source at all times."
