"This next segment is called Spritzing. Thinking that our face is important to have water. Just as we know that we're drinking water to keep the body refreshed. We can also use a spritzer. And simply, lightly close the eyes. It could be simple water solution that's plain. This one has a little bit of lavender. So I'm making a circle and lightly feeling the mist coming over the face. So, at first I might squinch my face. But the idea is, the goal is to think of say, statues that we may have seen. That depict a face that has sense of purity. That has a sense of deep relaxation, of wisdom. So it doesn't really matter what background we have . Whether we look at any statue that gives us this feeling of equanimity. That we have this sense of liftedness. The sense of calm and evenness. So it might be even something that you use a tool. When you know that you are in a heated situation. And you have to be forced to be confronted with something that you know, is really challenging for you. Allowing yourself to enjoy. Perhaps an aroma therapy or just a simple mister can help to keep the at ease. The heart at peace. And that voice calm, even when you're in a very tense situation. "
