One of the best things that we can do is just simply gaze into our own eyes in the mirror. Allow yourself to blink and breath gently and naturally and notice what thoughts or ideas might come up. They could be ideas about your schedule or they could be ideas about yourself. "Oh I look like I am tired". "I wish I had a different color hair". "Oh my goodness the wrinkles are coming on". Whatever your thought might be and start to develop the thought that I'm looking into the eyes of my soul. I love me. I release all expectations. I am at peace.
