The next step we are going to do we are going to spread the hands out to the side, palms facing down, and we are going to do a very gently spine twist. Keeping the palm facing down we are just going to turn to one side. Looking back slowly come back to center. Turn the other side. Looking back. Going back to center. Do it from the side. Turn to one side. Looking back. Just do a gentle spinal twist along the side. Going back and you incorporate your breathing. Inhale as you turn. Exhale forward. Inhale turning. Then exhale forward."
