Video Transcript

"My name is Freddy Alva and I'm from Sanh Hoa Long Acupuncture and Herb Clinic in China Town New York City and today we are going to be doing some dynamic Qigong stretches. This first technique you start with the feet shoulder width apart. Finger tips pointing downwards. Palm facing outwards then you are going to incorporate the breath. As you inhale, inhale through the nose open up the chest. You are going to hold the breath as you hold the breath you are going to clinch the fingers like a claw, hold, and you would release exhale though the mouth rounding the upper back. I would repeat one more time in side view. Start inhaling, opening up the chest, hold the breath, as you clinch you fingers into claw, exhale, and rounded upper back."
