"We are at Sun Hoa Long Clinic, in Chinatown, New York City. We will do some basic acupressure points to bring about pain relief. The same points where you use needles, you can apply finger pressure to bring about the same kind of relief. We are going to do a common point that women use a lot for any menstrual related issues. To locate that point, you find the bone from the anterior, just use your three-finger length. Put right on the bone, from the inside of the leg, between the middle of the two tendons. You could just manipulate it, and depends on the pressure a person can take, you could go a little harder, or a little lighter. That is a good point for turnification points as well. Also any ankle, or heel-related issues that might be a little sore, it is a great point to help release the pressure on the tendons when applied to the inside bone."
