"We are standing at Sun Hoa Long Clinic, located in Chinatown, New York City. We are doing some common acupressure points to bring about pain relief. The same points where you put acupuncture needle, you can also apply finger pressure to bring about same kind of relief. We will do a common point for motion sickness and nausea. To locate that point, you put the person’s hands up, put your two fingers on the beginning of the wrist, basically just the two-finger length and from there, you just find in middle between the bones, and you can just press it as long you want and rotate. It is a great point to press for any kind of altitude sickness you feel in the plane, getting little bit queasy stomach feeling. Also, if you are pregnant, getting the morning sickness, and nausea, anything like that, it is a great point to press on yourself anytime to help you relieve from that queasy feeling."
