"We are standing at Sun Hoa Long Clinic, in Chinatown, New York. We are doing some basic acupressure points to bring about pain relief. The points that you could press on your own to take care of any kind of painful situation. So we are going to do a common point for chronic bronchitis, asthma, any type of inhalation problems. So, I am going to have the patient locate the point on herself. She is going to have to cross her arms together, have her stick the middle finger out, take the thumb to backup the middle finger and bring the hands down. You can find this bony clavicle, go down a little bit, find like a tender area, take a quick inhalation, pressing that point full, and relax. One more time, take inhalation, press and rotate, and one more time and one last time. And relax. And that point brings the whole area into the lungs."
