"We are at Sun Hoa Long Clinic, located in Chinatown, New York City. We will do some acupressure points that are equivalent to doing acupuncture with needles, but, instead of needles, we will be using finger pressure to bring about the same kind of relief. We will do a common point for leg pain that’s on the outer thigh and to locate that point, we will need the person to stand up. And basically have the person put their finger next to it and wherever the middle finger ends up, that’s where the point is located. So, on this side the middle finger ends right there, you could take the hand away, move down, and press that point. Press and rotate, alternating pressure to bring about any kind of relief for this TFL muscle that goes right downside of the leg, and this goes right into the belly of the muscle for any runner’s cramp, any kind of tightness or sitting for a long-standing period of time, or numbness of legs as well."
