"We are standing in the Sun Hoa Long Clinic, located in Chinatown, New York City. Our address is 217 Centre Street. Today, we will be doing acupuncture without needles, which is called acupressure, something you can do on your own for any kind of pain. The same point that you put a needle on you can apply finger pressure to bring relief to that area. So, today we are going to do a common point for upper shoulder pain. Basically this point is under depression between the end of the shoulder, and the beginning of the neck, and in the middle of the neck. You just press it, rotate it, and massage around it. And also this point is a dangerous point, and contra indicated for pregnancy as well. So, you have to be careful as well."
