Today we’re going to be talking about proper posture and some exercise that you can do to help strengthen your spine, and keep it working the way it should. Now, a second and more challenging way to do the cross crawl exercise would be on the hands and knees. In this position, with a very straight spine, what we will do is raise one arm and the opposite leg. This requires more balance and I recommend trying to keep tension in the abdominal muscles to support the core. Again, hold 5-10 seconds on each side. Take a minute to relax, and repeat on the opposite side. Now, once again this can be done safely 3-5 times on each side, 2-3 times a day. Again, recommending morning and evening as a warm up and a cool down to your day. "
