Today we’re going to be taking about proper posture and some exercises that you can do to help strengthen your spine, and keep it working the way it should. Some simple things that you can do to challenge this once you can stand comfortably very, very still on one foot. We can start to change the up leg position bringing it to the side, to the back, and back to center. Some other things that we can do are some symmetrical arm movements. We can begin to twist, we can raise the arms over the head, we can bend forward, we can bend backward. You can do this while you’re brushing your teeth in the morning. You can do it anytime of the day, but balance is so important for proper posture and posture important for balance. "
