"Hi, I'm Doctor Filardo. And I'm a doctor of chiropractic and certified in acupuncture. And we're here in our office in Warner Park on behalf of Expert Village. And we talked this morning we talked about several segments. And so we're going to summarize all those segments. And the summary is going to be how in our office do we evaluate stress and adrenal fatigue. And so in summary, what we'll do is a patient comes in. We hope our staff looks and sounds great, and when we come in, we fill out paperwork. The patient fills out paperwork and we'll do a very very thorough physical examination and history. And in that history and physical examination, we'll get, we'll really flush out what's going on with the patient. And I do that as well as my staff does that. We both do that so we have a really good understanding of what's going on with the patient. And then we do some cool cutting edge wellness and stress techniques like we'll do a Ragland test for adrenal fatigue. We'll do an iodine patch test for iodine deficiency, possibly correlate into thyroid insufficiency. We'll do blood pressure, we'll do weight, height. We'll do pulse, we will evaluate the body's ability to adapt to stress through a stress scan. And that stress scan will measure the acupuncture meridians and then we'll also do the new digital orthotics scan. So we'll see if the body's balance, the weight upon gravitational demands is actually balanced and how the gait is being affected. And so we'll take all those things in consideration and then determine a very effective treatment plan. And we'll go over with the patient, we'll go over. We also do the X rays as well to determine if there's a structural stress to the body. And so all these things deal with wellness and stress, and in the second visit, we'll have the patient come in and we'll review all the stresses. Well, my staff and I, we'll go through with a patient the X rays. We'll go through their energy or electrical imbalances. We'll go through their structural imbalances and disk herniation or disprotrusion or subluxation, causing spinal nerve stress that we talked about in previous segments. And then we'll go through nutritional deficiencies. And we'll go through the need for orthotic recommendations. And then we'll come up with a winning treatment plan and based on four key components in the office. Manipulation, acupuncture, massage therapy and nutrition. We also do a bio identical hormones, we do neurotransmitter testing. We do saliva and urine testing in the practice. So to determine other ways that there could be stress applied to the body. And so we're trying to figure out how we best can the patient can build their immune system and to get very good results. We're very result driven and without results, there's really, it's hard to measure these things. So we built some measurement tools into the practice and every thirty days we do a nutritional consult and follow up with our patient. And we do our stress can again every thirty days. So we want to really monitor. We don't want to give a patient a treatment plan and then once they finish that, they're kind of done. In our office, it's all about wellness care and follow up. And really helping and partnering up in this journey. Health is a journey, not a destination. And I thank you for your time."
