Video Transcript

"Welcome to Ace Acupuncture Clinic of Milwaukee. I am Dr. Jin, the chief acupuncturist of this clinic and the honorary professor at Guangzhou Univ. of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China. I began to learn Qigong from Master Jiao of China since the early 1970’s, and have integrated Qigong therapy into my medical practices. Today, on behalf of ExpertVillage.com, I will give you an introduction to medical Qigong. The word Qigong is a combination of two ideas. Qi is the vital energy of the body, and Gong is the exercise or the skill of working with the qi. It consists primarily of meditation, physical slow movements, and breathing exercises. Qigong therapy is also called medical Qigong. It contains a variety of forms in which Tai-Chi Chuan is the most renowned one. In my clinic, we teach many forms of medical Qigong: such as Relaxation Qigong, Slim Qigong, Energizing Qigong, Universal Qigong, Fragrance Qigong, and Palm Qigong. If you need more information on Qigong or my classes, please visit my website at AceAcupuncture.com or call 414-438-9488. "
