"When you take two breaths you get really well ventilated. You're going to breathe in and out, in and out. Then, you're going to stretch your body and try to suck in without letting any air in. And what's going to happen is, where previous your back had a disc bulge, it's going to pull apart and suck the disc back in just like remember those s'mores with the chocolate bar and the marshmallow and the graham cracker? Well, similar to that. When it squishes the disc goes out. When it pulls apart, the disc goes back in. Similar to the marshmallow. You breathe in and out, in and out, and then suck in and stretch. And it pulls the disc back in. So there's less compression."
