"Hi, I'm Dr. Michael Walker from Hill Country Plastic Surgery Center, and I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to talk to you about rhinoplasties or nose jobs. What's the average cost of rhinoplasty? Again that depends on how much correction is needed. If we're talking about just the tip, it may be as little as twenty-five hundred dollars. If we're talking about doing the septum, the dorsum, the bump, the width, the alar, it can run up to ten thousand dollars if it's an extensive reconstructive surgery to improve the breathing as well as the appearance due to some traumatic event like a car wreck."
