Video Transcript

"Hi, I'm Dr. Michael Walker from Hill Country Plastic Surgery Center, and I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to talk to you about rhinoplasties or nose jobs. What vitamins can you take to reduce bruising? Well, I typically put my patients on an herb called Arnica Montana. Those can be purchased at a health food store over the counter. And Bromelain is also effective in reducing swelling. Also avoidance of aspirin, Motrin, Advil, Ibuprophen, Alleve before the surgery greatly reduces the bruising. Also avoidance of alcohol forty-eight hours before surgery can also reduce the bruising."
