"Hello, welcome. We are raw food doctors Rick and Karen Dina. We specialize in teaching the benefits of whole natural plant food nutrition from a raw food perspective. We're here today to talk to you about what is a Vegan diet. So, we're going to talk about how to make a really good raw Vegan pasta dish. So to get started, I'd like to talk to you first of all about a spiralizer and what this does is it takes your zucchini and it makes it into pasta strands. So the first thing you'd like to take a look at, is this particular type of zucchini. You want to make sure that it is straight because then that will allow it to go through the spiralizer more easily. So what I did here was I took a straight zucchini and I cut if off on either end and I'm going to put it into the spiralizer just like this and then I'll push it up here and then as I start to turn the spiralizer, you'll see how the pasta comes out on the other end in long strands. So here we have the pasta that we made in our spiralizer out of zucchini and we have the two sauces that we made in a couple of earlier clips. We have our tomato sauce, our raw Vegan tomato sauce, and we have our raw Vegan cheese sauce as well. Putting the sauce onto the pasta and here is the cheese sauce on the pasta. And there you go. Bon appetite."
