"Hello, welcome. We are raw food doctors Rick and Karen Dina. We specialize in teaching the benefits of whole natural plant food nutrition from a raw food perspective. We're here today to talk to you about what is a Vegan diet. So here is a great Vegan dressing that you can put onto a salad like the one I just mentioned earlier. So here is some of the ingredients. First of all, we have a half of cup of soaked hold sesame seeds. We also have a teaspoon of miso and this can be any type of miso that you want. This particular one is chickpea. And then I have the juice of two large lemons. And in addition to that, I have some water on standby in case I need some of that in order to make the dressing more smooth. So to get started, what I'm doing is pouring the juice of the two lemons into our blender here. So in go the hold sesame seeds that have been soaked. Now the reason that I soak them is because it makes them a little bit more easy to digest. In general, a high powered blender is the best type of blender to use for this particular recipe so that it will allow seeds to become more easily ground up. So next, I'm going to add just a tiny little bit of water and then we'll have our dressing. And there we have our raw Vegan sesame dressing."
