"Hello my name is Dr. Susan Jewell and on behalf of expert village I am going to show you how to do a breast self examination. You stand infront of the mirror and your inspect your whole body.You put your arms by the side and look at your breast. Look at the positioning look to see if there are any irregularities or discoloration. The next thing to do is raise your arm and put hem on your hips. Do the same thing visually inspect the breast in the mirror look for any unfamiliar markings or bumps or lumps and the last positioning is to raise your arms high above your head and a this positioning you look again at both breast look at the positioning so on and so forth. So this is the visual, vertical visual inspection for the breast self examination."
