"Hello my name is Dr. Susan Jewell and on behalf of expert village I am going to talk to you about breast cancer and now in this clip we're going to talk about several signs to look for when you feel that you might have breast cancer. So here one of the signs to look for, well, when the breast you feel that there's swelling and the swelling is associated with redness could be a possible sign that this could be breast cancer you should follow up with a doctor, painful, painful feeling of the breast when you touch or tenderness of the breast. Lymphodema which means swelling fluid retention in the breast associated with axillary swelling, axillary is the medical term for the armpit area. So when there's a swelling of the armpit area along with the swelling of the breast this is usually the sign that there is something really really wrong and could possibly be breast cancer. So you need to definitely go and consult with a doctor or medical profession and get a diagnosis to rule out breast cancer. Lumps and bumps when you do a regular check up of your breast, regular self examination and you find new lumps and bumps on the breast that could also be a sign. Discharges if you're not pregnant and you have discharges and is uni-lateral which means discharges from one of the breast that could be possible sign that you could be getting breast cancer. Now, if its bi-lateral and there's white milky discharge from both breast then most probably you could be pregnant, so that could rule out breast cancer. But look for discharges associate with all these other symptoms and odor and kind of smell from the discharge could also be possible sign that you could be getting breast cancer. Another sign to look at is this "Peel D' Orange" which means that when you look at the breast skin and you could see that these areas of it that looks very orangey peely lots of like white pores or something when you squeeze it that is an ominous sign that it could be breast cancer under the skin, so look at all these signs and if you are suspicious or you have feelings that it could be breast cancer then you should really go to your doctor or medical profession and really have it checked out."
