"Hello, my name is Dr. Susan Jewell. In this clip we are going to talk about how you can relieve some of the symptoms of andropause, or male menopause. One of the symptoms that you actually experience when you are going through this condition is hot flashes and profuse sweating. One of the ways to do to alleviate it is to stop drinking alcohol and also certain beverages that has caffeine in it or eating spicy food. So drinking alcohol, because alcohol has been found to have an effect on the body where it will cause you to exacerbate your heating episodes, your sweating episodes and increase of body temperature. So don't drink alcohol if you're going through male menopause. And also drinking coffee or beverages that have a lot of caffeine, drinking coke or any kind of soft drinks that have that chemical in it, because it would not help your symptoms of male menopause. So keep away from alcohol and keep away from a lot or reduce the intake of caffeine and certain beverages that have stimulants in them."
