"Hello, my name is Dr. Susan Jewell. Now in this clip I'm going to talk to you about a product made out of soy protein that is very good for your health and to incorporate into your daily diet and into your nutrition to be able to avoid going into male menopause. And also if you are diagnosed with andropause , or male menopause it will help to alleviate some of the signs and symptoms. Soy protein is made from the soy plant, but when you buy it in the stores, the health food stores, or specialty stores, it usually comes in this different products soy product. So, here I have something that I bought in the health food store called tofu. This is actually just made out of soy protein and is made into this like very soft spongy texture that you can cook into soups, or you can steam and add into meals. Or you can fry, which I don't recommend frying. Cook into all these wonderful dishes. But it has high protein content and best quality protein content is made from soy plant. It's very healthy for you and helps you reduce some of the signs and symptoms of andropause. As well, you can buy soy milk, so you can drink it as well as eat it in the dish like this. You can actually get a lot of different types of soy products out there in specialty, health food stores which are quite tasty and very, very nutritious. I recommend that you go try some of this soy products if you are experiencing male menopause."
