"Hello, my name is Dr. Susan Jewell. Now in this clip we're going to talk about diet and nutrition to help you address the male menopause signs and symptoms. So, what can you do? Well, the first thing to do of course is to maintain a healthy body so you can prevent it from happening. And if you actually have been diagnosed with this andropause, then there are certain things that you can do. One of the things is to take supplements, vitamins and mineral supplements. And here you can get very readily available in the stores multi-vitamins, you can get saw palmtrate, which is good, or specifically for your prostrate. You can get fish oil like the Omega threes. Not only is it good for your body, it's good for your heart, to keep away from cardio-vascular diseases, but also will help with the male menopause and vitamin C. These are all readily available and you should take your daily recommended intake, dosage will help you maintain a healthy body, but also to help you reduce the signs and symptoms of male menopause or andropause."
